The Business Manager's mission is to organize, oversee and manage the client's business for the company. Along with the Manufacturer Client, the Business Manager qualifies, sets goals and measures results. Using the revolutionary "AJL 6 Step Process Model for Success", the Business Manager provides leadership and direction in moving the brand forward in the marketplace. The Business Manager serves as the go-to person in the company for issues relating to the brand and as a resource for information, guidance and expertise on the brand. The Business Manager is the key contact for the Manufacturer Client and is responsible for communication of the Manufacturer Client's objectives to the staff as well as ensuring the global success of the brand in the marketplace.
