DOMINEX is the largest processor of eggplant in the U.S.A. and has been processing eggplant for 25 years. The company was originally started in Connecticut and moved to Elkton, Florida in 1985. DOMINEX products have an increasing popularity for vegetarian and Italian entrees and will be ‘vegan friendly’ in the near future – vegan means no dairy or meat in product. We do, as well, make ‘kosher’ products – these are only found at a few select distributors in the northeast.
Our products are made daily from fresh Florida grown eggplants and processed, here, in Elkton, Florida. They are fully cooked-fried, flash frozen and packaged. There are no additives, preservatives, hydrogenated oils, or cholesterol. Just heat and serve. DOMINEX cutlets are great for: eggplant Parmesan subs, eggplant lasagna or as a la carte. DOMINEX sticks are great for: an appetizer, serve with Ranch Dressing or Marinara sauce.
